    • Dianna and Joe Artim opened the doors to our bakery 25 years ago. Our mission has always been to provide the finest possible Artisan breads to our community with the minimum amount of ingredients, i.e no chemicals or other preservatives. Our baking processes follow the tried and true age old processes which have been in place for hundreds of years.

      There is no getting around the required time and care which yields the looks and flavors you have come to love.  We thank you for your patronage throughout the years.
